HIAS Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We focus on administrative support, education, and community advocacy for immigrant families in and around Hazleton, PA.

We are:

  • independent,

  • locally governed,

  • not a law firm, and

  • not affiliated with the national organization HIAS (hias.org), any government agency, or any enforcement body.


3. Nature of Our Services

Our services are limited to:

  • providing information that is general and educational in nature,

  • helping individuals understand publicly available processes and forms,

  • offering administrative assistance such as organizing documents or filling out forms under a client’s direction,

  • directing individuals to official resources and public information.

We do not provide legal advice.
We do not act as attorneys.
We do not represent individuals before any court or government agency.
Using our services does not create an attorney–client relationship.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and for reviewing any information with a qualified professional when needed.


4. Eligibility to Use Our Website and Services
